{"id":1177,"date":"2017-04-24T18:16:45","date_gmt":"2017-04-24T18:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alumine.gob.ar\/aluminenoticias\/?p=1177"},"modified":"2017-05-02T15:17:25","modified_gmt":"2017-05-02T15:17:25","slug":"importante-relevamiento-de-obras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alumine.gob.ar\/aluminenoticias\/2017\/04\/24\/importante-relevamiento-de-obras\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPORTANTE RELEVAMIENTO DE OBRAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del convenio de acci\u00f3n rec\u00edproca firmado entre este Municipio y la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Catastro, se llevaron adelante reuniones, capacitaciones y acciones concretas orientadas al mejoramiento del \u00e1rea de obras y planeamiento urbano. El encuentro estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el Intendente, Gabriel Alamo.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar el t\u00e9cnico Alejandro Gonz\u00e1les capacit\u00f3 al personal municipal sobre nuevos sistemas de informaticos catastral ITC (informaci\u00f3n territorial catastral).<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte los agrimensores Juan Pablo Parola y Pablo Cobos realizaron la poligonal interna de la localidad, que son puntos georeferenciados a la red provincial. De esa forma se detect\u00f3 en la localidad aproximadamente un 60% de parcelas bald\u00edas, y de ellas un alt\u00edsimo porcentaje presentan edificaciones no declaradas.
